With the advancement of manufacturing technology, industrial endoscope camera have become smaller and lighter, more and more portable, and suitable for working in complex environments such as the wild. In general, industrial endoscopy tests have low environmental requirements. Only strong electromagnetic interference or severe voltage fluctuations around the test site can adversely affect the test equipment. At the same time, the temperature and humidity should meet the requirements of the equipment, otherwise it will easily cause damage to the industrial endoscope equipment. If the temperature is too low, the flexible probe will become hard and brittle. While excessive temperature will affect the heat dissipation of the equipment. Too bright light will reduce the resolution of the human eye and affect the contrast of the detected image. Generally, it is not allowed to perform the inspection using endoscope under strong light such as direct sunlight. Try to choose a soft and quiet indoor environment.
 
In some cases, even an industrial endoscope camera cannot measure in the pipeline. When we encounter too bad conditions, we must stop the test. For example, when the endoscope lens cannot be walked in the pipe or the push rod cannot be pushed in the pipe, please stop to use the endoscope to prevent damage of the equipment. When the tube endoscope lens is stained with dirt, it is not suitable for continuous detection too, which will affect the detection result, and should be cleaned in time.
